A planning application has been submitted to demolish The Chelsfield and build a mixed residential and commercial development with 10 apartments on 3 floors and a pub and retail on the ground floor. Whilst the idea of a redevelopment might be acceptable, local residents may well have concerns about the proposed plans below. The internal target date is 12 December and determination deadline is 16 January, so objections should be submitted by the first date, to be on the safe side.
